Clinic H was established in May 2021 and provides comprehensive general practice services to members of the community experiencing social hardship, including those affected by addiction and homelessness. As part of our commitment to holistic care, we have a special interest in supporting patients with opiate and methamphetamine dependence. Our treatment approach includes medication management (e.g. methadone, buprenorphine, modafinil) and counselling services.

Clinic H will also see chronic pain patients who are dependent on oral narcotics and will help these patients to wean off and cease these medications. Clinic H does not prescribe S8 opiates (besides methadone and buprenorphine).

It is a walk-clinic with no appointments offered to patients. Appointments are taken only for government and non-government organisations eg SONDER, OARS, Workers compensation.

Clinic H is a bulk billing medical centre.

OSHC and OVHS patients: payment in full except for patients with ALLIANZ and CBHS where direct billing is available.
